60+ investment projects in the consumer sector will be implemented in Kuban in 2024

The largest facilities will be built in Novorossiysk and Sochi.

In 2024, 62 projects in the consumer sector will be carried out in the Krasnodar Territory under investment agreements, with a total investment of 31.3 billion rubles.

The trade sector has the most projects, with 26 currently under construction. Additionally, there are 19 projects in progress for roadside service and gas stations, 14 for logistics centers, and three for catering.

The largest facilities are under construction in Novorossiysk: a logistics center worth 5.5 billion rubles, a production and warehouse complex worth 4.2 billion rubles, and in Sochi, a shopping center (1.6 billion rubles.)

In 2023, the fixed capital investment in the consumer sector reached 30.3 billion rubles, marking an 18.9% increase from 2022.  This accounted for 4.8% of the total investment volume in the region.
