Between the administration of municipal formation town of Hot Key and "Grace" in September 2014 signed an agreement on implementation of investment project "construction of a recreation complex at 180 seats". The construction of the complex is planned to be implemented within 5 years. Planned resort and recreation complex will include a hotel building, administrative, medical, sports building and underground Parking cars. The visitors will be given a huge list of services of the highest quality, able to satisfy the most discerning individual.

The project planned the creation of the VIP rooms, LUX. Rooms will be equipped properly and will create a comfortable environment for visitors during the whole time of their stay in the resort and recreation complex.
