Goryachiy Klyuch city offers a large-scale investment project
The Municipal Formation invites investors to participate in the project for the construction of a country family vacation center.
A country family vacation center, which will provide a wide range of services, will be constructed within the project. As it is projected, the center will be able to serve 36,936 people per day for accommodation without treatment and 55,404 people per day for accommodation with treatment. In addition, the center will provide services for medical procedures, SPA, rental of the conference hall, slot machines, bar and restaurant services.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,926.03 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 130 new jobs.
A land plot of 106,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60.08 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Goryachiy Klyuch is 4.2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 54.9 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 170.4 km.
