It is offered to implement a promising investment project in the Goryachiy Klyuch city of Krasnodar region

The municipality invites the investors to participate in the implementation of an investment project on the construction of a fish sturgeon complex.

As envisaged by the project, the construction of the fish sturgeon complex will be set up in the city of Goryachiy Klyuch. It is planned to organize a fish stream of the company activities by reaching the production capacity of 130 tons of fish per year. As forecasted, the products will be of demand among the local community and guests of the city. It is also planned to expand into the markets of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,843 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 16 new jobs.

A land plot of 121,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city. There is a local road, "Kubanskaya Cossack village – Saratovskaya Cossack village" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch city is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Saratovskaya is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 190 km.
