The aim of the investment project is to construct a wellness & recreation complex for 180 seats. The project is targeted at residents and guests of Goryachiy Klyuch and Krasnodar regions.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 2,223.52  million rubles in the form of direct investment .

The project implementation period is2 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.

A land plot of 10,210 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city . The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 4.58 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65.08 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Goryachiy Klyuch city is 5.2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 59.1 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 170.12 km.
