Reconstruction of the residential complex "oil town"

Administration of the city of Hot Key, on behalf of the Mayor and of "KubanAvangardStroy", represented by Director General Mishina TY We entered into an Agreement of Intent in the investment project for the reconstruction of the neighborhood "oil town".
As part of this project is planned to build a 9-storey apartment houses with the resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing. Currently, we are actively working on the implementation of the above project.
The residential complex is located in a picturesque area, in close proximity to the necessary infrastructure.
