The city of Goryachiy Klyuch offers to implement a project in the consumer sector
The Municipal Formation offers investors to take part in the investment project on constructing a roadside service.
Within the implementation of the presented project, a roadside service with increased comfort of services is planned to be constructed; its will provide service for 550-600 cars a day. The project is aimed at residents and visitors of the city and the Krasnodar Region.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 298.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.
A land plot of 16,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60.08 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Goryachiy Klyuch is 4.2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60.08 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 163.4 km.
