The city of Goryachiy Klyuch presents a mega-project on the construction of a family recreation center
The municipal formation the city Goryachiy Klyuch offers the investors to implement a project "Construction of a country family recreation center".
It is planned to construct a country family recreation center in the city Goryachiy Klyuch in the street of Revolution. As stipulated by the project, it will be a complex consisting of residential and non-residential buildings. The project is targeted at residents and guests of the city and Krasnodar region. Among the main competitive advantages of the project is its favorable location (near the federal highway M-4 "Don", 60 km to the Black Sea coast).
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 3,274.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 140 new jobs.
A land plot of 188,720 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 0.53 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 50.53 km.
