The municipality offers to invest into a project "Construction of a shopping & recreational complex "Korzinka".
Within the scope of implementation, the presented investment project provides for the organization of construction of a shopping & recreation complex "Korzinka" to supply the community with shopping floor. It is forecasted that the services will be of demand among the residents and guests of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch and Krasnodar region.
A business-plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 250 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 140 new jobs.
A land plot of 8,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city. The distance to the federal highway M-4"Don" is 0.62 km.
