The Goryachiy Klyuch city offers a project on the construction of a roadside service facility

The investors are offered to participate in the implementation of a project on the accommodation of a roadside service facility.

Within the framework of implementing an investment project it is expected to accommodate a roadside service facility with the increased comfort of services capable of servicing up to 550-600 motor vehicles per day. The investment project is meant for residents of the municipal center of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch and community of Krasnodar region. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 295.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 3.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city. The distance to the federal highway M-4 «Don» is 0 km.
