Goryachy Kluch is the project "Construction of roadside service ecotourism"

On the territory of the municipality town of the city Goryachy Kluch planned to implement the investment project "Construction of the complex ethno-tourism with roadside service."

As part of the project is expected to create a tourist center of health recovery, organization and development of ecological tourism and intelligent use of natural and climatic conditions of the area.

Under a kind of ethnographic tourism refers educational tourism, whose main purpose is to visit the ethnographic object for cognition of culture, architecture, way of life and traditions of the nation, ethnic group, living now and living ever in the area. Estimated period of construction of such a facility - 2 years.

Investments in construction are estimated at 26.02 million. Rubles. It is expected that the project will be repaid within 3 years. To implement the project developed a feasibility study.

Perfect logistics: Distance to the federal highway "Don" is 10 km to the nearest railway station "Saratov" - 10 km. From the international airport of Krasnodar facility is located 60 km from Novorossiysk seaport - 173 km.
