The municipal formation Goryachiy Klyuch presents an investment project in the construction sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a cottage settlement "Hatypskaya Usadba".

Within the pending investment project, it is planned to construct a cottage settlement "HatypskayaUsadba". The facility will include a cottage settlement with all necessary internal infrastructure. The main consumers of the services will be guests of Goryachiy Klyuch, local community and residents of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 5,261 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 39 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,680,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bezymyannyi rural settlement. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 17.14 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch city is 23.66 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 83.66 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Phanagoryiskaya is 5.28 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 77.66 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 175.62 km.
