The municipal formation Goryachiy Klyuch offers to implement an investment project in the construction sector

The municipality offers to invest into a profitable project on the construction of housing development with independent infrastructure.

The implementation of the presented project provides for organization of construction of a residential estate with independent infrastructure. It is planned to accommodate development in Bakinskiy rural settlement of Goryachiy Klyuch. As expected, the number of residents of the residential estate will make 28,647 people –residents of the city, guests, community and guests of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 10,500 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 4 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 33 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,082,800 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bakinskiy rural settlement. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch city is 5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 45 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Saratovskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 180 km.
