Hot Key the construction of the residential complex "New grad"

Agreement on the implementation of this investment project was signed by the administration of the municipality and the company "Terem".

Today has already been built and put into operation four buildings of the new complex. It is planned to build not only apartment houses, but also the building trade, social and commercial, sports and playgrounds. Thus, in the framework of this project will be the construction of a Spa centre, a fitness centre, brewery, pharmacy, Laundry and office management company.

The total investment that will be developed during the implementation of the project, is 760 million rubles. It is planned that all objects will be commissioned in 2017. As a result of implementation of the project will be in the region of 25 new jobs.
