Agreement on the implementation of the above investment project concluded in working order, the administration of the municipality and the city of Hot Key SP Borovets Evgeny. The project is planned to build a dairy farm, barn building with 60 goals, guest houses and landscaping of the adjacent territory for development of agro-tourism.

Total investment in the project amounts to 20,440 mln. Rubles. There is an ongoing implementation of the above project. Produced by drilling wells for irrigation of arable land and to ensure the water supply system of the estate and the farm, paved road to the property. Prepare design dairy farm. Earlier, in the framework of this project, planted an orchard on the territory of 4 hectares, insulation of buildings erected under the fruit storage, fencing the area carried out an orchard.

Final implementation of the project is scheduled for 2022.

As a result, the project plans to create 20 additional jobs.
