Mega-project in the construction industry will be implemented in the Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch city

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a major investment project for the construction of a cottage settlement.

The purpose of the investment project is the construction of a cottage settlement in the Cossack village of Kutaisskaya of the Krasnodar Region. The total building area will amount to 9,325 square meters – i.e. 150 cottages. Local residents and a population of Goryachiy Klyuch city of the Krasnodar Region and other regions of Russia will be buyers of these square meters of housing.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 194.77 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 2.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 50 new jobs.

A land plot of 231,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Cossack village of Kutaisskaya. There is a local road, "Goryachiy Klyuch city – Khadizhensk town" (2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 20 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachy Klyuch city is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 50 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Goryachiy Klyuch is 20 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 175 km.
