Municipal formation Goryachiy Klyuch city of Krasnodar region presents an investment project on the construction of a shopping & entertainment center

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to participate in the implementation of a large investment project on the construction of a shopping & entertainment center.

The purpose of this investment project provides the community with quality services in the consumer sector. As expected, the main category of consumers will be local residents and guests of the city, community of Krasnodar region and Russian Federation. The estimated capacity of the prospective center will make 16.2 thousand sq.m. in areas to be leased out.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 466 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7.33 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 70 new jobs.
