Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town plans to construct a plant for the production of artificial marble products

The Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town proposes to implement an investment project on constructing a plant for the production of marble and marble products.

The creation of the production of artificial marble and products used for lining the interior walls and faces, as panels for ventilated faces, curtain rods and ladders is provided within the presented investment project. The design capacity of the plant will be 4,820 sq. m. According to estimates, the company’s products will be purchased to construction companies and those ones that produce the reconstruction of facilities of the trade and business sphere.

The project needs 63.44 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 22 new jobs.

A land plot of 8,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bakinskiy rural district. There is a local road, "Goryachiy Klyuch town ¾ Martanskaya village" (4km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch town is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 45 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Saratovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km.
