Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town proposes to implement an investment project on constructing a hotel and entertainment complex

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to finance the project for the construction of the hotel and entertainment complex in the municipal center.

The hotel and entertainment complex is planned to be constructed within the project. It will consist of two theaters for 255 people, a gym-transformer, bowling with 10 lanes, a restaurant with 45 seats and a hotel with 100 rooms. The complex will annually receive 25,000 visitors from the Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town, the Krasnodar Region and throughout Russia. The absence of competition in the district ensures the investment attractiveness of the project.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 211.95 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years.

A land plot of 7,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch town. There is a local road, Lenina Street, there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 7 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 55 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Goryachiy Klyuch town is 7.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km.
