Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town proposes to implement an investment project on constructing a recreation center

Municipal Formation proposes entrepreneurs to implement a profitable project for the construction of the recreation center with quad bikes and mountain bikes.

An investment project for the construction of the recreation center with quad bikes and mountain bikes is expected to be implemented in Kutais farm of the Krasnodar Region.

The center is located in a mountainous and natural beauty area near the proposed routes. The project will meet the demand for services in the extreme tourism field among residents and visitors of the Municipal Formation and the region. The design capacity of the future recreation center is planned to be 4,206 sq. m. and 105 people. According to estimates, the recreation center will be commissioned in one year after the start of construction works.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.53 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 20 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,500 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kutais farm. There is a local road, "Goryachiy Klyuch ¾ Shirokaya Balka village", there. The distance to the federal highway "Goryachiy Klyuch ¾ Khadyzhensk" is 0 km (the highway adjoins to the site).

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch town is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 75 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Goryachiy Klyuch is 29 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 80 km.
