Municipal Formation Town Goryachiy Klyuch proposes to implement a project for the construction of the tourist complex-park

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to implement a profitable project "Construction of the Health Tourist and Entertainment Complex-Park".

The construction of the health tourist and entertainment complex-park for Russian citizens, residents and visitors to the region and the local population is expected to be established within the presented investment project. It is planned to construct a hotel with 351 rooms, improve the territory and install infrastructure facilities. It is planned to construct an island and an artificial lake, an artificial mountain for skiing and tubing, outdoor swimming pools, an indoor aqua center, several motor racing tracks, a rope park, an amphitheater and children’s play center there.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 600 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 6.8 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 191 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,000,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bezymyannyi rural settlement. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch town is 30 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Goryachiy Klyuch is 25 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 75 km.
