The city of Goryachiy Klyuch plans to implement a project on the construction of a modern enterprise

The municipality offers the investors to implement a large investment project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing metal-reinforced plastic pipes in the district.

Within the framework of the submitted investment project, it is expected to construct a large modern enterprise – plant for manufacturing metal-reinforced plastic pipes – in the Cossack village of Bakinskaya of Krasnodar region. The plant will manufacture 6,000 running meters of pipes of different diameters yearly; they will be of demand among the construction companies and residents of the region (the plant products can be used in setting out the infrastructure). Among the competitive advantages of the project are lack of similar enterprises on the territory of the region, low competition across the country – only 9 similar plants are functioning in Russia, 4 of which are located in Moscow region.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 309.19 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 86 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bakinskaya Cossack village.

There is a local road, "Goryachiy Klyuch city – Martanskaya village" (4km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachiy Klyuch city is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 45 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Saratovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 170 km.
