The Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town plans to implement a large-scale construction project

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a mega project to construct a residential neighborhood with an independent infrastructure.

The project has a unique combination of the multi-storey residential building with elements of the Austrian architectural solutions, a complex of cottages and town houses along the river bank. The project also has competitive advantages, including a profitable location – next to a railway line and a federal highway. The total built-up area will be 80,000 sq. m. Visitors and residents of the Krasnodar Region are expected to be its consumers.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 500 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 7 new jobs.

A land plot of 71,085 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch town. There is a local road, Yaroslavskogo Street (200m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 3 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 55 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Goryachiy Klyuch is 3.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km.
