The Municipal Formation Goryachiy Klyuch Town proposes a project on the construction of the tourist complex

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a prospective project for the construction of the multifunctional tourist complex ‘Goryachiy Tur’.

The profitable investment project on constructing the multifunctional tourist complex ‘Goryachiy Tur’ is planned to be implemented in Goryachiy Klyuch of the Krasnodar Region. The purpose of the project is to provide visitors and residents of the town with services to organize excursions to the sights of the town. The projected visitation of the complex is planned to be 500 people per day. Among the visitors, it is expected to be residents and visitors of the region and the population of Russia.

A land plot with an area of 7,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the town of Goryachiy Klyuch, 70 km of the highway "Krasnodar – Dzhubga" in 7 km from the local road, Revolyutsii Street and in 0 km from the federal highway M-4 "Don".

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.52 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 40 new jobs.

A land plot of 7,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachy Klyuch town (70th km of highway "Krasnodar-Dzhubga"). There is a local road, Revolucii Street (7km), there. The distance to the federal highway is 0 km (road adjoins to the site).

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 55 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Goryachiy Klyuch is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km.
