The municipal formation of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch offers to implement a project on the construction of a family recreation complex

The municipality invites entrepreneurs to participate in a profitable investment project on the construction of a family recreation complex.

The purpose of the presented project is to set up the construction of a weekend family recreation complex. The estimated capacity is expected to be 28647 people. According to the forecasts, the visitors of the complex will be residents of the city Goryachiy Klyuch and the community of Krasnodar region.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 108.19 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 40 new jobs.

A land plot of 25,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Goryachiy Klyuch city (Chernomorskiy rural settlement). There is a local road, "Goryachiy Klyuch city – Khadijensk town" (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Goryachy Klyuch city is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Goryachiy Klyuch is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 160 km.
