Construction of a cable car with a family recreation center

Investor: OOO Progress-Invest Project implementation year: 2022 “Construction of a cable car with a family recreation center”, investor is OOO Progress-Invest, the investment volume is 237 million rubles, and the project’s design capacity is 791 people per hour for the cable car road.

The lower landing station of the cable car road begins at the Old Castle  restaurant and hotel complex, while the upper landing station is situated on the Kotkh Ridge The height difference from the lower to the upper station of the cable car is 260 m. The cable car spans a distance of 773 meters.

The project was successfully implemented in 2022 within the framework of the protocol of intentions on cooperation in the field of investment, signed at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi in 2017. As a result of the project implementation, 126 jobs were created.
