Investor: OOO Terem-SZ Project implementation year: 2023 The multi-storey residential complex Swan Lake (3rd stage) is being constructed by OOO Terem-SZ with an investment volume of 1,421 million rubles.An eight-building modern residential complex, each building standing nine stories tall.
The project was successfully carried out in 2023 under the investment cooperation agreement signed at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi in 2017.
